Riley, Bennett, Egloff is an
Indianapolis law firm specializing in business and corporate law. Its founders have successfully perpetuated the original vision of building a highly respected practice of client advocates and litigators. Since its inception in 1979, the firm has grown from the original three attorneys to a staff of more than thirty professionals.
Each person is devoted to three foundational precepts:
• Advice, when you need it most.
• Advocacy, when negotiations fail.
• Answers to your questions.
The seasoned practitioners at RBE have a reputation for being client-focused. This mindset ensures that every client, across the broad range of industries serviced, receives the absolute best solutions to their legal concerns. Clients span an impressive range of large and small organizations – some of whom are well-known, such as governments and municipal agencies, banks, financial institutions, retail, hospitals, and insurance companies. Smaller clients, in construction, manufacturing, real estate, and non-profit areas receive the same dedicated representation regardless of size. This diversity in its client base is one of the factors that sets RBE apart from other firms with similar capacities.
The firm’s management also leads by example. Several dozen local civic and other non-profit organizations count RBE attorneys among their board members and volunteers. Among them are: Central Indiana Small Business Development Center, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Diabetes Youth Foundation of Indiana and many others, including participating in a recent Habitat for Humanity Build. Accordingly, in celebration of the firm’s 30th Anniversary on October 1, 2009, RBE made donations to 30 Central Indiana charities nominated by its employees. Each nomination contained a description of the employee’s involvement with the charity and why the organization meant so much to them. Various attorneys and staff also serve the community through volunteering their time and expertise.
RBE attorneys are also recognized in their profession and by their peers for being among the best in their respective areas of practice. One example: The Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ provide a tool to assist clients with selecting the most appropriate lawyer for a specific task at hand. By identifying and evaluating prior successes, several RBE attorneys have received AV® ratings and BV® ratings, representing the highest ethical standards and professional abilities.
